Foundation IIF

About the Fund

The Foundation Innovation Investment Fund (IIF) is a $35 million dollar fund that is focused on investing in early stage ventures from start up to $4 million in revenue. The fund was established in 2001, as part of the AusIndustry Innovation Investment Fund Program and currently has 6 investee companies.

The IIF fund will invest up to $3 million in return for equity in a company from anywhere in Australia, primarily focusing on companies participating in the IT/Communications and Biotechnology space.

The objective of the IIF fund is to encourage the development of new technology companies through addressing growth constraints associated with financing and management expertise.
